The Wind Symphony is South Garland's second top performing wind band. The SGCB students have an opportunity each semester to audition in order to be placed in this group or the Wind Ensemble.

During the fall semester, this group consists of our excellent performing members of the marching band, joined with the front ensemble. During the spring semester this group sits down and performs in concerts and contests for the University Interscholastic League (UIL) and Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA)
